A Japanese themed garden

The client wanted a garden with a Japanese feel.

Various elements from different styles of traditional Japanese gardens were incorporated in this design. The meandering path of a tea garden made from irregular stones. The three standing rocks forming the Buddhist Trinity Stones. The use of Japanese acers and foliage plants creating a calm cool green colour palette. A traditional red bridge over the pond.
